Provocateur Gallery
About Us
A contemporary fine art gallery built on direct relationships with select living artists and a commitment to connecting exceptional works with serious collectors.
Provocateur Gallery operates on an inquiry-only model without published pricing, believing that meaningful art conversations should be substantive rather than transactional. We're not a browse-and-buy operation. Every acquisition begins with a real conversation.
We work directly with a curated group of living artists — providing collectors access to complete catalogs, artist-verified editions, and pricing that reflects the actual market rather than inflated retail markups. This direct relationship means you're acquiring work the right way, with the right documentation.
Beyond our represented artists, we maintain an extensive global network of galleries, estates, and private collections to source secondary market works. If you're looking for a specific piece, tell us. Our concierge team will find it.
"Inquiry-only. No published pricing — because every conversation about art should be a real one."
Provocateur Gallery represents six living artists with direct gallery relationships. These are not resold works — we are a source gallery for each of these artists, offering exclusive access to their complete catalogs.
In addition to our represented artists, Provocateur Gallery offers a curated selection of secondary market works by established names. These works are sourced through our global network with full provenance and authentication.
Our curated collection includes works by Andy Warhol, Banksy, Invader, Mel Ramos, Mel Bochner, Helen Frankenthaler, Tom Wesselmann, and Kiseok Kim — among others. Availability varies; contact us for current inventory.
All secondary market works are offered with complete documentation and are independently authenticated prior to sale.
Serious collectors deserve access to the best available pricing — without compromise. Provocateur Gallery will work to match or beat any other retail gallery's pricing on the same authenticated work. If you've seen a piece elsewhere, reach out. We'll make it right.
This commitment extends across both our represented artists and our curated secondary market works. We believe access and value shouldn't be mutually exclusive.
Art acquisitions can carry meaningful financial advantages alongside their cultural value. Provocateur Gallery provides resources on art investment strategies — including the U.S. tax benefits available to collectors, from Section 179 deductions on qualifying works to charitable donation strategies.
These are not abstract possibilities. Works by artists in our collection have demonstrated consistent secondary market appreciation. We're happy to discuss investment context as part of any conversation about acquisition.
