Price-Match Policy: Provocateur Gallery offers a price-match guarantee on secondary market works available through other authorized galleries. This guarantee is subject to verification and applies to identical works with equivalent provenance. Contact us directly for details.
Any sale agreed upon between Provocateur Gallery and a client is subject to a separate written agreement. Terms of payment, delivery, insurance, and risk of loss will be specified in that agreement. These Terms of Use do not govern or modify the terms of any sale agreement.
The Gallery reserves the right to refuse any transaction at any point prior to the completion of a written sale agreement, for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about authenticity of funds, identity verification, or compliance with applicable law.
